Dr. Jeff Wilson

Jeff is a proven leader with a diverse background that enables him to relate to and understand leaders at all levels.  He is privileged to work with leaders in both public and private companies in all stages of growth.  As a sought after speaker and leadership advisor, Jeff has been exposed to numerous leadership styles and organizational cultures, and he leverages that knowledge to help his clients maximize their influence and impact.

Jeff is an experienced entrepreneur who embraces the risks and rewards of new ventures.  He understands the highs and lows of being a senior leader.  He has successfully started and led several companies and organizations, but his deepest satisfaction comes from helping fellow leaders be all they can be.  Jeff is known for his ability to inspire others and affect change in them through vision, truth-telling, clear goals, discipline and encouragement.

After graduating from The University of Alabama, Jeff began his career in the financial services industry.  As his passion for personal impact developed, Jeff completed a masters and doctorate degree to better equip him to help others succeed in life.

Prior to turning his full attention to leadership development, Jeff served on the Leadership Team of IMPACT XXI, a national effort to bring together the top influencers in our nation to solve some of the world’s major issues and leave lasting legacies.  In this role, he was able to work with some of our nation’s top business owners and entrepreneurs, helping launch national and international initiatives.

Jeff is a gifted writer and communicator, possessing the ability to deeply connect with people, whether speaking to a large audience, leading group discussions, or meeting with individuals.  He challenges people to live with focus and actually helps them reach their goals.

He is married and has two college-aged children.  He takes care of himself, enjoying golf, racquetball,  fishing, mountain biking and anything the family does together.
